Nerja, November 2010
To inflict my new Spanish skills on the unsuspecting Spanish I packed myself off to Nerja, a small town right on the south coast about an hour east of Málaga. Nerja is a pretty white washed town typical of this Andalusian area.

The results are in. My spanish has officially reached that of a 16 year old teenager. Many thanks to my teacher and Kingston Adult College. Congratulations to my classmates who all passed with top marks.

So it's that time of year again. Time to lose a few more kgs and get some sunny miles in before the racing season starts in anger. So a bunch of TSN riders hired 'Casa Ultima', a large sprawling villa about 2km outside of Alhaurin el Grande situated in the hills north of Malaga.

April 2010. The Tour of Flanders is one of the great one day spring classic cycle races. Having ridden it in 2008 this time I was lucky enough to be invited by one of the sponsors of professional cycling team Saxo Bank to join them in meeting the riders and following the race.
